All other blueprints can be accessed before completing case 5. The Tripod Zapper blueprint is unlocked for completing case 5. Remember that some blueprints are unlocked by completing cases and that some blueprints must be purchased from vendors. I will note ones that are case related, just like what I did in the story. When you buy the maps, they show all the locations, so it should be pretty straightforward to collect them all. I sternly recommend that you try to get all you can without the videos and just use them as reference if you are having issues with any one in particular, or are missing one to complete the set.
